EPRC Researcher gives Key Note speech at a MEACA conference at Protea Hotel, Kampala March 24, 2015
Dr. Isaac Shinyekwa giving his keynote address during a stakeholders conference on the Ministry of East African Community Affairs (MEACA) capacity building project close-out. MEACA had for the past four years been implementing a capacity building program whose objective was to enhance its capacity to provide strategic leadership in the coordination of the EAC integration agenda in Uganda. So the main purpose of the conference was to review this project’s achievements, lessons learnt and the potential outcomes in the region particularly in Uganda.
