Economic Policy Research Centre is in the process of pre-qualifying competent firms/companies and individuals who will be called upon from time to time, to quote/tender for the supply/provision of Goods, Works and Services during the financial years, 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and 2022/2023.
Economic Policy Research Centre hereby invites suitably qualified firms to submit sealed pre-qualification submissions for Supplies, Works and Services listed below.

The pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act No.1 & Regulations No. 70 of 2003 of the Government of Uganda.
Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Economic Policy Research Centre, Procurement and Disposal Unit and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during working days.
A complete set of the pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda shillings 100,000/= (One hundred thousand shillings only).
The method of payment will be by bank deposit. Bidders shall obtain Bank Payment Forms from EPRC Finance office.
No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Each Applicant is required to submit a complete set of pre-qualification document for each lot/item applied for including the Original receipt of purchase of pre-qualification document for that particular lot/item.
