Ms. Sheila Christine Nakkazi is a Research Analyst in the Sectoral Department at the Economic Policy Research Centre. She holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Makerere University. She worked as a graduate intern at EPRC and served as a labour officer for productivity under the Uganda Graduate Volunteer Scheme at Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development.

She is a 2019 Alumni of the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) – a collaborative master’s programme, Joint Facility for Electives. Her research interests are in the areas of development economics, governance, agriculture, and gender studies.
