Mr. Philemon Okillong is a Research Associate at the Economic Policy Research Centre under the Trade and Regional Integration department. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Economic Policy and Planning from Makerere University. Additionally, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute. Prior to joining EPRC, he worked as a researcher under the Centre for Budget and Economic Governance at Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment (ACODE).

Mr. Okillong’s major areas of interest include global trade, climate change, women empowerment, economic governance, and environmental economics.
