Mr. Andrew Peters Okello is an ICT Assistant at the Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC), Uganda. He joined the Center of Excellence in February 2023.

Previously, Mr. Okello worked as a software developer at Coseke Uganda Limited. He developed different applications and contributed to various projects, ranging from mobile applications to document management systems.

His technical interests are information systems, system administration, and technical writing.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Makerere University and is looking forward to pursuing a Master’s in Information Systems.
