Regulatory Impact Assessment Report of the National Fertilizer Policy
This report presents the problem that the policy has been put in place to address, the extent to which the policy will impact a range of stakeholders, the level of consultation that has been undertaken to arrive at the various strategies to implement the policy, the cost of the policy and the anticipated benefits. It also provides the monitoring and evaluation, as well as the implementation framework.
