This brief assesses FY 2021/22 budget allocation to the HCD programme with a focus on the four highlighted sectors. In the FY 2021/22, in line with the NDP III, the Government will pursue resource-led industrialization, anchored on increasing production, expansion of the industrial base for value addition, and exports for viable agricultural and mineral commodities.
