Dr. Brian Sserunjogi is a Research Fellow at the Centre in the Macroeconomics Department.
Prior to joining EPRC 2017, he worked as Business Analyst with DFCU bank, in the Development and Institutional Banking (DIB) department. He also worked as an independent consultant in Kigali, Rwanda.
His research interests are in the areas macroeconomic analysis, public sector management, public expenditure analysis and local economic development, financial sector performance and access to and use of financial services in Uganda. His also interested in areas of Agricultural Finance, Marketing and rural development.
Dr. Sserunjogi holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, India. He has a master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur, Karnataka, India and a Bachelor of science degree in Agriculture from Makerere University.
